We pack and ship daily

When you receive an order confirmation by email, we will ship the order within 1-2 business days. We try to ship products on the same day if they’re ordered before 12 pm on a business day. You may expect extra delivery time during holidays and seasonal events. OjeOje can not be held responsible for any delay or failure from shipping companies.

Shipping in Denmark & the EU

All products are sent from Denmark. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack products in protective boxes made from 100% recycled FSC certified packaging. If the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to contact@ojeojecom

Shipping outside of the EU

When you buy glasses online, or office accessories, for delivery outside of the EU, we do not collect Danish VAT. However, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrives at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country


We accept returns, refunds, and cancellations that are within our 60-day return policy with open arms. All our products come with a printed return note inside the box to reduce our CO2 footprint. We recommend sending the item back to us with the box you received to be even more sustainable.

When returning an item, you will be required to pay for return postage unless we’ve made a mistake with your purchase. Returns happen at your own risk so please remember to keep your post office receipt as proof that the item has been sent. We do not accept glasses that have been in use. Original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a new sale possible. The customer is responsible for the arrival of the goods in the same condition as received.

When we have received the product and approved the return we will send the new product within 1-2 business days. If you regret your purchase, the amount will be refunded by transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal.

We only accept the credit card that was used to purchase the items in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer, please remember to submit the registration number and account number.
